How wholesale pricing, minimums and standing-order discounts actually work.

Wholesale vs Retail

The retail tier shown on every product card reflects the single-purchase price through our farm shop, online shop and the Halloran Box subscription. The wholesale tier is reserved for licensed trade buyers — restaurants, pub groups, farm-to-table retailers, caterers and event kitchens — placing orders against a Halloran & Co. trade account.

Both tiers are calculated from the same dressed weight. The wholesale price already reflects a volume commitment, a Tuesday collection or Thursday drop, and direct settlement within 14 days of invoice. We do not run promotional tier pricing, black-box discounts or end-of-line clearance.

If you are a chef or restaurant group buyer and you have not opened a trade account, the fastest path is the form below. Accounts are normally approved within two working days.

Minimum Order & Standing-Order Discount

The minimum first wholesale order is £180 ex-VAT across any combination of cuts, produce and dairy. Once you have placed three consecutive weekly orders we move your account to standing order status and apply the rates shown on every product card as the wholesale tier.

Standing-order accounts receive a further 8% discount on White Park beef cuts, 6% on Portland lamb and mutton, and 5% on all pork and poultry — applied automatically against your Thursday invoice. Standing orders can be paused, varied or cancelled with 48 hours' notice before the Tuesday cut-off.
